Term has started again;now we are hard working second years, many of whom have barely touched a camera in months. As soon as something is mandatory it looses it joy all to quickly if you aren't careful. I spent most of summer working 6-10 hour shifts 5 days a week at tesco, and so didn't feel like spending my breathers doing photos, especially as we hadn't really been set much work by out tutors. The trouble is that i forget how much i love taking and completing pictures and shoots in extra quick time, it exhilarating... my only trouble is getting off my arse in the first place...
My internet has been down since we moved into our house, but once the guys get it sorted i should have a whole bunch of stuff to put up, some abstract dreamscape work from last term, the start of my first self directed assignment for this year where i'll be creeping myself trying to make dead meat, fish etc look beautiful, plus maybe i'll put up the sketches and mock-up model for the group project where we'll be building a set in the studios (build, shoot, and dismantle in three days! yipe)
